Submission Policy for Letters to the Editor:

• Be sure to include your name, address and phone number.
• All letters are subject to editing for content and/or length.
• The Paper reserves the right to refuse to print any letter/submission.
• We won’t publish anonymous letters or letters without an address and phone number.
• Photos should be 1000x1000 pixels and less then 1MB in size.

The views expressed in letters to the editor are solely those of the author and do not reflect the views of The Paper, the editor or the publisher.

The Publisher maintains full editorial control of the content of The Paper.

We may refuse to print any content/submission that we feel is not in the best interest of The Paper or our subscribers. All submissions may be subject to editorial review prior to placement in The Paper.

To submit a photo/advertisement for publication, simply follow the steps below.

• Click on the "Choose File" button
• Locate the graphic file on your computer.
• Click on the name of the file to highlight it.
• Click on the "Open" button.
• When image is attached click on the "Submit" button.

Photos/graphic files should be at least 200 dpi resolution and less than 1 MB in size.

Acceptable formats include: TIFF, EPS, JPG, GIF, Illustrator, or CorelDraw.
